Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods:

Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-8 business days.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before making your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders $65 and up, use code: shipitout

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment through our carrier's website.

Delivery Issues: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, there may be instances where delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us for any issues.

Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it altogether, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused products within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day return period. You can reach us via email at returns@apricitycandle.co. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of your item(s). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or to charge a restocking fee for returned items that show signs of use or damage.

Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you promptly, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos or additional information to expedite the resolution process.

Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, it is subject to our standard return policy.
